Envisioned Results Coaching (ERC) is a consortium of coaches who are, first of all, passionate about coaching.  Coming from various backgrounds, we all have been formally trained in and coach according to the empowerment coaching model which acknowledges that all lasting change must start from within.  We call this coaching from “the inside out”.  Clients who have experienced our method of coaching not only achieve their goals, but achieve them much more quickly.

The founder of ERC is Certified Empowerment Coach Asbury Lockett.  He realized early on that, to be most effective as a coach and to maintain balance in his own life, the number of clients that he could take on would be limited.  Therefore, he set up partnerships with other like-minded, similarly-trained coaches to minimize the possibility that a person who is ready to be coached has to wait months to begin the empowerment coaching process.  As ERC’s lead coach, he also serves as the gatekeeper and insures that every coach in the ERC consortium meets his unyielding standards. 

All of the coaches affiliated with ERC are graduates of an International Coach Federation (ICF)-accredited training program (ICF actually accredits only a handful of coach training programs worldwide).  Each of us gets coached so we know coaching from the perspective of both the coach and the coachee.  Each has been carefully evaluated by a group of peer coaches who can attest to his or her coaching effectiveness.  And, most importantly, not only do we help our clients to achieve their desired results, we help them to achieve these results quickly.
