At Envisioned Results Coaching (ERC) our mission is to assist adult learners who are returning to college to achieve their degree objectives.  And, just like when we were chiildren, the learning process should be FUN. Through the development of a community to support this group of high-achievers, we are able to identify what it takes for these returning students to succeed and deliver what is needed.

The founder of ERC is Certified Professional Coach Asbury Lockett.  As an adult learner working fulltime, he earned his MBA degree in 1990 and completed his coach training and certification in 2004. So he knows from first hand experience what it takes to the overcome the challenges and succeed in your higher education pursuits. Often referred to as “The College Reentry Coach”, he is back at it again, this time pursuing his law degree on a part time basis through a distance learning program. So, as the old commercial used to say, he’s not just the founder, he’s also a client! 

All of the coaches affiliated with ERC are graduates of an International Coach Federation (ICF)-accredited training program (ICF actually accredits only a handful of coach training programs worldwide).  Each of us gets coached so we know coaching from the perspective of both the coach and the coachee.  Each has been carefully evaluated by a group of peer coaches who can attest to his or her coaching effectiveness.  And, most importantly, not only do we help our clients to achieve their desired results, we help them to achieve these results quickly.

ERC also conducts ongoing research to stay up to date on the needs and challenges of our learning community. This insures that our offerings are both needed and effective. We always welcome your comments and suggestions.
