Asbury Lockett, MBA, CEC

What makes you a great coach?
My passion for the coaching process and the profound satisfaction that I get from seeing my clients achieve results much faster than they originally thought possible.  The diversity and strength of my business background is a definite asset since it allows me to quickly understand where a business client is coming from. Finally, my ability to connect with people on a one-on-one basis allows the coaching relationship to be deeper as clients open up to reveal what is really going on.

Favorite coaching question:
What would you do if you knew there was absolutely nothing that could stop you?
