If you have a passion for helping others to realize their dreams, you may want to explore the coaching profession.

With the coaching profession still in its infancy, the need for good, highly-qualified coaches will grow astronomically in the next few years.  Currently, anyone can call himself or herself a “coach”, regardless of whether or not they have received any training in the necessary coaching competencies.  As consumers of coaching services become more knowledgeable, formalized training from an International Coach Federation (ICF)- accredited program will be a minimum requirement of those holding themselves out to be coaches.  The fact is, there are relatively few ICF-accredited coach training programs worldwide.  At last check on the ICF website, there were only 26 coach training programs worldwide that met its accreditation criteria.

Before settling on a particular program, do your research, talk to graduates of the program, then decide.  We hardily recommend the iPEC Certified Coach Training program.  If you are narrowing down your final decision on which coach training program to apply to, as a graduate of the iPEC training program, I’d be glad to talk with you about it.
